My horoscope today....

A new healthy diet. A new exercise routine. A new book. Great! If you follow them.

HOW DO THEY DO THAT?!

I guess I better kick my butt in gear! RRRRRRRRrrrrrrrrrrrRRRRRRRRRR.....

what diet? and what book? i honestly didn't think I had the willpower to go this long, but darn it, i really want that trophy to grace my little peice of blogspot heaven! just do down deep inside, and pull the strenth!

i almost cracked at 7-11...they have southbeach bars for phase 2 and 3, and i was going to cheat and eat one, but cathy (the girl i work with) was like, "no, put it back..you made a commitment to yourself to do this...you can do it..its only 11 more days"....so i think we are all hitting rough patches...but its having support that makes it easier...instead, i got a pack of sugar free gum and some of that flavored sparking water to try to quench my sweet cravings.

go Jodi go! today is a new day to be healthy!
 
Ruthie - that is awesome that your co-worker is there to help you out! You can do this! Each day you make it just a little further! Keep it up!
 
Yea for you Ruthie! I think once we keep this up the habits will start changing and it will be easier to grab a piece of gum instead of a candy bar! (At least yours was a "diet" bar.)

Oooooh the challenge Andrea! How about doing laps around the playground as my kids play tonight since we get to watch Becca play softball?

I love running and getting hot and sweaty!
