crash n burn again

Good week, turned into wrecked weekend
I managed to have a pretty good week last week..Only to have it come to a screeching hault Friday evening.

..Friday breakfast 2 eggwhite , waterLunch..
.Got called into to work, had no lunch
Dinner cotton candy from the fairlate night snack.......Goodies from Taco Johns:)

Saturday break fast...Pancakes
lunch chicken pesto sandwich (we ate at the science museum)
dinner..Your gonna love this one..
.Large strawberry cheesecake blizzard from..Dairy queen...ahh yes..
...And no work out for 3 days..

but on a lighter note..down 2 pounds...cant get my ticker to work..so i give up on that:)

Hey, a cheat day every now and then won't hurt. I had one yesterday :)
But, two more pounds down! Awesome! Start back on the excercise today (that's what I'm doing!)

That's Ok - you didn't eat that much so a cheat won't hurt you. You were also walking alot at the museum - that counts as exercise!
