Getting bigger by the day...

I am at an all time low with motivation! I have so much to do each day, that the thought of cooking makes me want to burn my eyes out with the car lighter! (car lighter cause everything else is in boxes) My workout is running after the 3 kids and the puppy, and hey... that just ain't cutting it!

Please send me some liquid motivation please!

Andrea

If money isn't an issue, you don't have to cook! There is plenty of healthy food to be found!

Boston Market (or the deli at most grocery stores)

Arby's MarketFresh sandwiches (no fries!)

Chick-Fil-A salads with grilled chicken (use a healthy dressing from home)

You can do it! ... Do you have a pedometer? Sandy and I were losing motivation until we started a little competition to see who could get the most steps on their pedometer daily. Maybe your buddies would like to try this? (Or even just try to get to a certain number yourself daily. 10,000 is supposedly healthy --- I went WAY over 10,000 just wandering Wal-Mart!)

Just remember that the crappy feeling is temporary, and you'll only feel crappier if you don't eat right and get moving a bit, right?

Take the kids and puppy for a walk or to a park. I don't know about where you live, but where I am it's absolutly gorgeous today!

You are busy right now and that tends to take priority over lifestyle. Just don't let it become a permanent change and you will be alright.

Find a new way to squeeze a walk in during the day. Pick the healthier choices when eating out. Stock your fridge with healthy grab-n-go foods so when you are tempted it is at least something healthy.

You will do just fine! Go Andrea Go!

Andrea, you can do this!

Have you thought about getting food prepared in advance on the weekend for yourself? Bagged salads are great if dining in is your option. Also W*eight W*atchers has a great soup that's packed with veggies, the only downfall is you have to make it. It's something you can make a big pot of, and enjoy all week, and it is tasty!

Good luck, girl!
