Same Ol' Fat Perri here
BUT I am THINKING about joining the Y. Everytime I click on this blog the date line at the top mocks me. I'm tempted to color the part of my monitor with a permanent black marker where it shows up.

i'm bigger than you are! if i can do it, so can you! just start small--going cold turkey is a killer. make some small substitutions at first, and then it gets easier. :) promise!
