I've been seeing Nutrisystem commercials. Has anyone ever done this? I know it's expensive but...I'm horrible at portion control and stuff like that.

i have never tried it, but looked into last year and it is very expensive..good in theroy though..if you can afford it its even better..LOL

I have a cheap program (there's even a free trial) called Calorie King. That thing has helped me 100% to not eat more than I'm supposed to. It's awesome. At least download the trial. I was hooked after a couple days.
