Saturday check in

Ate shredded wheat TWICE yesterday - breakfast and dinner. Snacked on carrots and pretzels. No exercise.

I'm feeling good. Determined.

I have shredded wheat for breakfast almost every morning now. It is good fiber and good energy!
 
You're awesome, Perri! Don't you feel like "clean"? I feel so much better when I have healthy "fuel" in my body. Remember that feeling when a craving hits!
