A calorie counter

I was beginning to trust sparkspeople as I've gained weight instead of lost so checked to see if their calorie counter was right and came across this: http://www.caloriecontrol.org/calcalcs.html you can type in your current weight and see how many calories you are eating to maintain that and then type in your goal weight and see how much that requires.

I'm craving cookies and chocolate. I'm hoping that It's that time of the month which would explain all of this.

Aisha - Pick the one thing you are truly craving and buy a single serving package. If you resist it you may end up bingeing on other foods to try and satisfy yourself. Just have that thing you want but in a reasonable quantity - ESPECIALLY if it's that time of the month!
